The change and transition management model training session was very insightful and participatory. The experience and skills sets acquired for one to be a better manager/leader and a team player, was/is indeed worthwhile. The facilitator is extremely well resourced in his field of expertise and he made the sessions very lively and participatory. It is hoped that this training will reach all managers of all institutions, to facilitate the acquisition of the required skills sets to be efficient and effective managers/leaders.
